Check-In/ Check-Out Procedures

The safety and security of your children is our top concern here at Creekside. Therefore, we require that the parents or a relative 18 years or older escort their child to their classroom, after checking in at the Champion Head Quarters in the Lobby. IThere is a sign in sheet for all ages in the lobby where the child's name will be checked off and a name badge will be given.  The links below give more specific procedures for children who are under 5 years of age:

Two, Three, & Four Year Old Check-in Procedures

 

 

Children will not be released until after service ends and they are personally picked up from the classroom. Doing this allows up to keep your children in a fun, safe, and secure environment while they are having fun in their classrooms!
