Elevate- Middle School Ministry

Description: Volunteers are absolutely vital to the successful outreach and discipleship of these young teens. Healthy relationships are the key to our ministry, so we are looking for people who have a heart to see God work in the lives of students.

 

Ways to Serve

Small Group Leader: Small group leaders have the responsibility of taking care of a group of 5-10 gender and age-specific small groups. These groups meet on Tuesday nights and involve teaching, fellowship, and prayer.

Teaching: There will be many opportunities in the near future for teaching in Middle School. Teachers are needed on both Sunday Mornings and Tuesday nights (as well as small group curriculum to accompany the teaching on Tuesday nights). It is important to combine creativity and sound theology as well as a desire to connect with students.

Hospitality: We have special events monthly that typically include food. The hospitality team could be a part of the set up for these events.

Event Volunteers: We need a variety of volunteers for our events. These opportunities include driving, security, and supervision.

Worship: We have worship on Tuesday nights and always have the need for singers and players.


Special Gifts/Talents/Attributes: Pastor/Shepherd, Leadership, Service, Exhortation, Singing, Musical Instruments, Love Worship, Love Kids (Depends on position)
