CLG's start new curriculum of Forgotten God

Pastor Nick will begin introducing this study in the service on Sunday, August 1st.  We are encourageing all Life Groups to start the study toegether the week of Sept. 12th.  We will be using this time to encourage new people not connected to a Life Group to try one out for this 7 week study. 

Leaders, please be proactive and invite a friend or two to your group for this study.  Here is some information and a link below with more details on the study itself. 

In the Forgotten God book and DVD, Francis Chan contends that we've ignored the Spirit for far too long, and that without Him, we operate in our own strength, only accomplishing human-sized results.  It's time for the beloved church of Jesus Christ to reverse the trend of neglect.  Let's pursue the Spirit-filled life of effectiveness God desires and we desire.
