Facilities & Property Management

Description: GOD HAS BLESSED US as a church family with a beautiful campus where we can come to worship and grow in the Lord. We desire to maintain our facility in a manner that is pleasing to the Lord. Our buildings and property are a resource for outreach and service to our community. There are endless blessings in serving this important and simple hands-on ministry.

 

Ways to Serve

Facility and Property Oversight Team: A leadership team to work with our Facilities Manager to plan for the maintenance and improvements of our buildings and property. This team will also direct and utilize the Facilities Service Crew on a regular basis.

Facilities Service Crew: This team of individuals (or a Community Life Group) who are interested in serving the Creekside facilities can choose from the following areas of service:

Landscape Crew: We have ongoing and seasonal needs for landscape care such as pruning, weeding, hedging and picking up leaves, especially during the coming Fall season. There is an urgent need to bring the House property back to it's original beauty and usefulness. Also, fencing has aged and is in need of repair. Come experience the joy of serving at Creekside on a Saturday morning of work, fellowship and hot coffee!

Parking Lot Crew: There are special needs, especially during the Fall season, to maintain the parking lot by blowing and picking up leaves, providing general maintenance and helping with set-ups for special church activities. This is best done on a Saturday morning and can be accomplished quickly with a small crew of volunteers. Give Harry a call-the leaves are starting to fall!


Building and Maintenance Crew: We could use assistance with several on-going projects such as quarterly window cleaning, heavy cleaning, moving furniture for vacuuming and dusting, carpet extracting and paint touch-ups as needed. This team could also assist with set ups for special activities. 

Trades Crew: If you are a qualified and licensed contractor in the areas of Plumbing, Electrical, General Contract Work, etc., please let Harry know if you available to assist with emergency and/or special projects.

Spiritual Gifts/Talents/Attributes: Gifts of Service, Administration; Hard-working, Dependable, Faithful and Devoted.
