The Creekside family is committed to giving to the Lord on a regular basis through this local body of believers as an act of worship, honor and thanksgiving. The leadership of Creekside takes seriously the responsibility to be faithful stewards of God's resources and we endeavor to wisely follow the Lord in how we use His finances. Your tithes and offerings to the Lord at Creekside support the member-approved fiscal-year budget. The largest portion of the current budget goes toward fixed expenses, which include building and grounds, maintenance contracts and salaries for our pastors and staff. Approximately ten percent of the budget supports worldwide missions and local outreach. All remaining gifts received support and expand ministry programs for adults, youth, children and the community. We do not require or coerce giving at Creekside but we do believe that giving is a way of life as we offer to God this sacrificial gift of our finances. People ask, "How much should I give?" We respond by telling people to let the Lord guide you through prayer. Biblically speaking (2 Cor. 8:1-15; 9:6-15), giving should be 1) regular; 2) sacrificial; 3) joyful; and 4) without limit.
