Here are some of the activities we offer during the year for our children, parents, volunteers, and the body to participate in:

Harvest Festival - October 24th, 2010

This fun filled event takes place the Sunday before Halloween every year. Join us in your favorite costume as celebrate the harvest season with carnival games, food, candy, music, and live entertainment. All the candy, games, and entertainment are free for the entire family! You and your kids and guaranteed to have fun celebrating and enjoying the evening in a friendly and safe environment.

B.A.S.S Convention(Training) - March 5-7

The Bay Area Sunday School Convention is an event where you can go to receive training in many different areas of ministry. Creekside Community Church Members have the option of attending this convention at no cost at all, and may attend any seminars/breakout sessions they desire to help train themselves in their ministry service. We encourage everyone who is interested in learning more about how to serve, or be trained in various Children's Ministry roles to attend and learn how to be effective in your classrooms with the kids!

 

Bethlehem Breakfast - December 18th from 9am-1pm

Drop your kids off for a morning of fun and games as you finish off your Christmas and Holiday Shopping. Your kids will enjoy breakfast, sing Christmas Carols, enjoy a craft, and watch a fun lesson about the real meaning of Christmas. Afterwards, they will eat lunch and watch a holiday classic movie as you arrive to pick them up!

$10 per child covers breakfast, lunch, and craft materials!

 

5th Grade/Elevate Event - May 29-30

To help bridge the transition from Children's Ministry to Middle School, our Ministers have teamed for a specials event! The 5th graders and ELEVATE (The Middle School Ministry) will spend a day together doing crazy activities and games! Last year they pulled an all-nighter that included Broom Ball and an Evening at Pump It Up. What will happen this year...only time will tell!

 

Vacation Bible School - July 26-30

Every year on the last week of July, Creekside puts on their annual Vacation Bible School! From 9-Noon, your kids will experience worship through Singing, Bible Adventures, Chadder's Theater, Crafts, Game Time, and Snacks as they embark on a week long adventure through the bible with a fun theme.  This is by far one of the biggest events of the year for Champions Children's Ministry. Your kids will have a blast all week learning about the love Jesus has for them and how to share it with their friends.

Koinonia Summer Camp Week - August 16th-21st

Drop you kids off on Monday, and then pick them up on Saturday! Camp Koinonia is Champions annual summer camp. Your kids will travel to Koinonia Conference Groups for a whole week of fun. At camp, they can participate in ropes courses, archery, football, baseball, soccer, basketball, and so much more! Kids will participate in worship services with fun music, funny skits, and great devotionals. This is by far one of the most powerful weeks of the year in a child's life. They will learn SO MUCH about God's promises to them and how he chooses and uses kids all throughout the Bible. Don't miss out, this week is simply amazing, and you get a week away from your kids!
